In Short
- The customer builds a cart on the page, chooses home delivery or store pickup and sends the order.
- The order arrives on the Orders screen; if you confirm it, the customer gets the payment details by e-mail.
- When you mark the payment, a sale is recorded: it gets a receipt number and the stock is deducted from the branch.
1How Does a Customer Order?
On the store page, the customer adds a product with its color and size to the cart and taps Continue to Order. The order form has three steps: delivery, contact details and review.
- Home delivery. You set the shipping fee and the estimated delivery time; if you like, shipping is free above a certain order amount.
- Store pickup. It's free, and the customer is notified when the order is ready.
- Approvals. The customer sends the order after approving the pre-contract information form and the distance sales agreement.
Every order sent gets its own order page for the customer. Confirmation, payment, shipping and delivery show on this page, and updates also reach the customer by e-mail.
2Confirm the Order
A new order arrives on the Orders screen and as a notification on your phone. In the order you see the customer's details, the items, your branch stock and the delivery and payment method. If you confirm it, the customer gets your IBAN and the amount by e-mail; if you reject it, you choose a reason and can add a note for the customer.
Orders › SP-1042
Confirming and rejecting need an internet connection. Once an order is confirmed, a customer record is opened too; if the phone number matches one of your saved customers, the order is added to that customer's history.
3Track Payment and Delivery
Each order status has a single button; when you tap it, the order moves to the next status.
Example: The Two Paths of an Order
Home delivery and store pickup
- Payment Received. You mark it once the bank transfer reaches your account. The sale is recorded as a bank transfer, gets a receipt number and the stock is deducted from the branch; this sale doesn't count toward the cash in the shift drawer.
- Ship. You enter the carrier and tracking number, and the customer gets them by e-mail.
- Hand Over. For store pickup, the order opens as a cart on the sales screen and you take the payment there in cash or by card.
4Free Orders and PratikKasa Sipariş
A certain number of confirmed orders each month are free; you can see how many you've used this month in Settings › Orders. When the free orders run out, your page stays open and customers order by phone. With the PratikKasa Sipariş add-on there's no order limit.
